The mZUS mobile application for Doctor enables doctors and medical assistants to handle electronic medical certificates (e-ZLA).The mZUS for Doctor application allows you to issue an e-ZLA, cancel it or issue a new one to replace the canceled one.
The application also allows you to view e-ZLA details.Who is the app intended for?The application is intended for doctors and medical assistants authorized to issue e-ZLA.Thanks to the app- issue or cancel e-ZLA,- you will display details of issued e-ZLAs,- you will display details of the patients e-ZLA also issued by other doctors,- for the purposes of issuing e-ZLA, you have access to the patients data, data of family members registered for health insurance, and his payers,- you will issue an OL-FZLA and PR-4 application,- you will set, change or add a new place for providing health services for the duration of the session,- you will make an authenticated phone call to the ZUS hotline (ZUS Customer Contact Center),- you can book an e-visit (online visit) and a stationary visit at any ZUS branch,- you will read messages for the mZUS application and PUE notifications, i.e.
messages that appeared on your doctor profile on the ZUS Electronic Services Platform (PUE), as well as correspondence with the ZUS Customer Contact Center.Before you install the applicationMake sure you have an active profile on PUE ZUS and authorization to issue medical certificates.

Log in to PUE ZUS: https://www.zus.pl/portal/logowanie.npi.2.
In the Settings side menu, select Mobile devices.3.
Click New device.4.
The screen will display a QR code in the form of an image (to be scanned) and a string of characters (to be entered manually), which contains the device activation code.5.
Launch the application on your mobile device.6.
Read the regulations for using the mobile application.7.
Scan the QR code generated in PUE or enter the code manually.Important!
Before scanning the QR code, allow the mobile app to access the camera.8.
Enter the verification code that you will receive on the PUE access recovery channel you have set, i.e.
to the phone number or e-mail address.9.
Set your PIN, which must be 4 to 6 digits long, and log in to the app.Attention!
After logging in to the application, submit an application for a Certificate from ZUS.
Then install the certificate on your mobile device to be able to sign e-ZLA and OL-FZLA and PR-4 applications.
